Web入力するものの入力確定後に「入学志願票」の印刷が必要になります。志願者は事前にご自身でプリンターを準備してから、印刷を行ってください。
It will be necessary to print out the "Applicant Entry Form" after completing Admission Web Entry procedures.

各種セキュリティソフトの設定について Security software
上記すべての設定をおこなっても出願手続きに不具合の出る場合は、セキュリティソフトが影響している可能性があります。その場合は、一時的にセキュリティソフトのすべての機能を無効に設定するか、セキュリティソフトを終了してから画面操作を行ってください。If you still have problems with application procedures even after completing the above settings, they may be due to the security software you are using.
In this case, temporarily disable or quit the security software.
※セキュリティソフトの機能を無効に設定する前に、ウィルス定義ファイルを更新するなどセキュリティソフトを最新の状態にアップデートした状態で、コンピュータ内のすべてのファイルをウィルス検索（スキャン）してください。
※セキュリティソフトに関する設定方法については、セキュリティソフトのマニュアルを確認するか、各セキュリティソフトメーカーのサポートセンターに問い合わせてください。
